The hotel's location was amazing. It was very close to various bars, restaurants, and bustling markets. The hotel design impressed me, and the facilities, including the gym, rooftop bar, and breakfast area, were wonderful. I found the staff friendly and always ready to help. They were amazing.
The rooftop pool was a bit small. The view wasn't very special.

a surprise birthday setup greeted me, including a thoughtful note, delicious chocolate cake, and a bottle of red wine. i especially loved the rooftop breakfast and the welcome drinks provided by the perks program. the steam shower and heated floors in the room were also great.
the location requires a 10-15 minute walk to liverpool station.

the hotel is near multiple metro and bus stations, providing convenient access to various destinations. many attractions are reachable by foot, and the ground floor features a very nice bar for easy relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

early check-inquick room changeunderwhelming facilities
i was very happy about the early check-in i got. i had travelled with an infant and the hotel accommodated this request nicely. when the steam shower in my room was not working, they changed my room very fast.
the facilities seemed underwhelming for a five star hotel. too many things were wrong with the room. as i stayed for just one night, i didn't expect to waste my time sorting problems out.

The room was quite small. I think it could be bigger. THERE was also some noise from outside, a little annoying. It was hard to sleep well with the street sounds. The windows didn't block enough noise. The nightclub noise kept me awake, and this affected my stay negatively! The small room size and external noise pollution were disappointing.

The room was an excellent size. The bathroom had a steam shower, and I found this feature excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They always offered assistance.
The rooftop access felt restricted. It was hard to use this facility, as there were many rules.

I was upgraded to a beautiful one-bedroom suite upon arrival (what a treat!). The room included a steam shower. I found this a luxurious amenity. The bed provided a great night's sleep (maybe the best I've had at a hotel!). The breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying.
I found the minibar prices a little high.
